Shipping and Delivery

• Do you offer shipping? Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping services at this time.

• Can you ship candied fruit? We cannot ship candied fruit due to the nature of the product.

• Do you offer delivery? Delivery is limited within the Mandeville and Covington areas, subject to a delivery fee of $5-$10, depending on location.

 

Ordering and Payment

• How can I place an order? All custom orders should be placed through our website for processing.

• What are your payment policies for custom orders? Full payment is required for orders exceeding $25. Orders above $100 must also be paid in full to confirm your order. Please note that all orders are non-refundable.

 

Pick-Up and Location Information

• Where are you located? Our business is located in Mandeville, Louisiana.

• What is the process for picking up my order? Available items and extras of candied fruits will be announced on Facebook or Instagram under the "Now Available" caption. You will receive a direct message with pick-up times and location details upon full payment and confirmation.

 

Collette's Creations LLC Policies

• Custom Order Policies A 3-4 week notice is required for all party orders. We may accommodate last-minute regular orders at our discretion.

• Pick-Up Policies: You will be notified, including the pick-up address, when your order is ready. Scheduled pick-up times are from 3 PM to 6 PM unless otherwise specified. No modifications to orders are permitted once placed, and pick-up on behalf of others requires prior approval.

 

Location, Delivery, and Pick-Up Details

• Delivery Details: A delivery fee applies for orders over $50. Please note that delivery is restricted to local areas, and we do not ship products.

• Pick-Up Procedure Orders must be picked up promptly; unclaimed orders will be canceled and resold after 72 hours. Curbside pick-up is implemented for all orders. Upon arrival, please remain in your vehicle and avoid knocking or ringing the doorbell.

 

Storage Procedures

• Store all fruits in the freezer in its container. 

• Eat as soon as possible for the best experience.

• Candied fruit will begin to break down because the fruits contain natural juices, which will eat away at the sugar.

• If they start to break down/melt, eating is still fine! 

 

Hours of Operation

• We are open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Closed on Wednesdays and Sundays.
